. ✨ Happy Libra Season!! ✨ Represented by a scale, Libra brings us into balance ♎️ As we come out of an organized Virgo ~ Libra is a time to get shit done. She encourages us to find balance & harmony in all aspects of our lives. ⚖️💫 If you’ve been feeling cluttered, overwhelmed, or stressed ~ now is the perfect time to navigate where you have room to let go of what’s no longer serving you and make space for the things that make your soul sing. ⚖️💫 Maybe you’ve been spending too much time working and not enough time playing? Or too much time binge watching TV and not enough time on your goals? Libra sheds a light on the masks we’ve been holding onto and lets us know it’s okay to release them. ⚖️💫 You see, to Libra there is no right or wrong. She sees everything as being equal. She can sense the light in a dark room & vice versa ~ so if you’re not careful, you could get caught up in her low energy & make it difficult to prioritize what’s truly important. ⚖️💫 Use her high energy to free yourself from unwanted things, friends, & situations. This is the perfect time to purge. Maybe clean out your home? Let go of some unhealthy relationships? Donate some clothing? Wherever you’re feeling suffocated ~ aim to release that grip. ⚖️💫 With Libra, there is no right or wrong, she simply gravitates toward whatever she finds beauty in. We could all take a lesson from her handbook.
Growth. Harvest. Death. Rebirth. Natures natural cycle. 🍁🍂 As we slip into the Fall Equinox tonight here in the northern hemisphere ~ it reminds us of the powerful deeper messages for humanity. That if we link our consciousness to that of the cycles of nature ~ then we too may find ourselves living in a state of contentment instead of stress. 🍁🍂 In the coming seasons, our bodies naturally want to drift into hibernation & experience a time of rest, but unfortunately in today’s society we are ALWAYS in go mode. Leaving no time for harvest, reflection, and relaxation. So we must take control & make space for ourselves to do just that. 🍁🍂 This is a pivotal time for us to create the soil that will grow our visions come next Spring. But in order to do so, we must completely empty everything from this past year to welcome the space necessary for our new goals. Get quiet. Move slowly. Let go. Repeat. 🍁🍂 Maybe it doesn’t feel like you’ve made huge strides, but look back at where you were at the Spring Equinox. Think of how much you have CHANGED and ACCOMPLISHED. We’ve all been attracting abundance in some form or another. Be proud of yourself and let yourself give into this time of rest. The world needs rest in order to spring forward into something incredible come March.

Sometimes, all it takes is a little self reminder. That you are beautiful. That you are capable. That you are doing the best you can right now. 🌜 No need to let the anxiety about where you are ~ stop you from the amazing places you are headed. Keep making waves. Vibrating at your highest frequency. Working to heal old wounds. Igniting fires throughout your world. 🌜 Evolving. Growing. Manifesting. Being your best self. Because you deserve nothing less. 🌜 YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
What does it take for you to feel confident? Are you willing to make sacrifices to experience real self love? Is there certain jewelry you wear that makes you feel beautiful? Do you get up & workout everyday? Do you eat fresh whole foods? For me, I do all of the above ~ and then some. ✨ For a lot of my life, I made choices that didn’t align with how I wanted to FEEL. I ate poorly, and in turn felt like shit. I drank a lot, and in turn spent the next day hung over throwing up. I didn’t exercise, and in turn always felt fatigued. I binge watched TV, and in turn felt like I was wasting my life away. ✨ I realized I wasn’t taking any actions that attributed to my self love. I just kept adding to my self doubt. Once I began to make decisions on how I wanted to feel LATER, I stopped focusing on the effort to get there NOW. ✨ Short term discipline ~ for long term happiness. ✨ I wear Yellow Jasper to help me feel confident, I where my solar plexus pendant to use its energy to balance this chakra out ~ one I am most out of tune with, I move my body daily ~ even when I just don’t feel like it, I eat nourishing foods to provide me with real energy, I meditate daily to keep my anxiety at bay, and I journal & read every morning to keep my mind feeling sharp. ✨ I do these things because they make me feel CONFIDENT, PROUD, and HAPPY to be who I am. I’ve made a lot of sacrifices, but I’m better for it every single day. ✨ What do YOU do to help inspire self confidence? 💖
Monday’s were made for PRODUCTIVITY 📚 ✨ Productiveness can mean different things to different people. Is it getting your work done? Clearing out your emails? Making space for some self care? Organizing? Checking off your to-do list? ✨ I’ve always found that the more productive I am with my days, the more confident and proud of myself I feel. Even if my to-do list consists of relaxing with my pups on the couch ~ at least I’m filling up my day with tasks that make me feel good. ✨ So often we get distracted by social media, tabloids, or saying yes to too many things we don’t actually WANT to do. Then by the end of the day we’re feeling stressed & anxious because our to-do’s are piling up and we’re left wondering where the time went. ✨ Remember, focus on doing things that make you PROUD of yourself. Every small thing you’d do daily adds up to the great person you will become. This was one thing that truly helped me gain confidence in myself along my journey. Discovering what made me truly happy ~ then choosing my happiness above all else. ✨ What will you do today that will make you proud of yourself?

Maybe you haven’t noticed, but I’ve been a little quiet on my blog 👀 Life has been... different, to say the least, and it’s been a tough transition. But NOT TO WORRY, there’s things being planned and made behind the scenes that I can’t wait to release! 😄 I made a little IGTV video to explain my absence and let you know where my life has been. Self care is so much more than massages, manicures, and face masks (although I’ll never turn down a good spa day!) ✨ It’s about moving your body, meditating, filling your mind with new information, speaking good about your body, tuning into nature. It’s about being mindful of the food your eating, the things you say about others, the amount of hugs you give. ✨ By taking care of yourself ~ you’re taking care of the WORLD. You create a domino effect by inspiring others to love themselves. ✨ Love truly is the answer to everything. Because when we act out of love ~ the love shines right back toward us and everything on our path. ✨ Your high vibration will attract more high vibrations until the majority of people are vibrating HIGHER than the minority. ✨ THAT’S how we change the world.
