With one week left until Valentines Day I wanted to give you another healthy recipe for the occasion! These cocktails are delicious and the perfect something if you wanna switch up your drink game a little, but also don’t want to load up too much on sugar.
With two choices here you are sure to find something your sweetheart will love… Or your friends! One, made with sparkling wine and the other with vodka, plus a little bit of pomegranate juice for some added love! These recipes are SUPER simple and only require 3 simple ingredients!

Be Mine Sparkling Wine
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C Sparkling white wine/champagne/prosecco
- 1 TBSP Pomegranate Juice
- 1 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds
Directions:
- Pour sparkling wine into glass
- Add pomegranate juice
- Add Pomegranate seeds
- Enjoy!
Cupids Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 OZ (1 shot) Vodka
- 1/2 C Club Soda
- 2 TBSP Pomegranate Juice
- 1 TBSP Pomegranate Seeds (Optional)
- ICE
Directions:
- Fill glass with ice
- Add vodka to glass
- Then add soda
- Add juice
- Add seeds
- Stir and Enjoy!
