WORKOUT: Full Body #1

And in the beginning, there was one!

I’m so excited to bring you my very FIRST workout video!! This workout is less than 30 minutes and includes a warm up, 6 exercises, and a cool down! Perfect for those days where you don’t seem to have the time and need something quick yet effective! You will be working your ENTIRE body from your glutes, hammys, quads, triceps, biceps, core, all the way down to your calves! I even added a little bit of cardio in the warm up to get that heart PUMPING 🙂 Heck, I was already sweating during the warm up!!

Now time for a little disclaimer…

Mind you, this is my very first video EVER! So please be patient with me as I grow and get more comfortable in front of the camera, with my language, my transitions, and editing! I know it’s not perfect, but its HERE and I couldn’t be more proud!! It makes me so happy to have you supporting me from the very beginning.
